With one on one or small groups training sessions in our converted studio we incorporate a hybrid HITT approach combing classic boxing techniques with tried and tested functional training in a fun and safe environment to help achieve your personal goals.
We cater for beginners and intermediates, for those starting out looking for something different, wanting to learn new and fun skills or for those wanting to add something dynamic to their training and further develop their skills
